Something ACTIVE for the weekends!


1. Walk to the beach and watch the sun rise!

2. Have a picnic in the park!

3. Play golf and walk the course!

4. Climb a mountain!

5. Go horse back riding!

6. Sit in and chair relax, enjoy the view and then take a stroll!

7. Ride a bike!

8. Go to the beach for a swim!

9. Play jump rope with the kids!

10. Most of all HAVE FUN!!!

A new study shows babies born to very anxious or stressed mums are 40% more llikely to wake up repeatedly during the night!

So just relax!!

A baby's foot has 26 bones, 19 muscles, and more than 100 ligaments, which can take up to 18 years to harden to adult form!

Another reason to get your young children into bed early is that research has found that the more sleep a toddler has the less likely he will become obese later in life!An extra hour sleep can reduce a child's chance of being overweight by as much as 40%
