We have decided to construct this blogspot to further educate and inform families and children of the importance of maintaing and improving children's fitness while having fun.

All our games & equipment are carefully chosen to be non-competitive and to allow group play or provide individual challenges. Groovy Games provides a fantastic outlet for children to engage in physical activities and fun games that will help then explore their imagination.
