Winter Blues


Winter is over, Spring is here but why do I still feel so bad! Cold and flu season has really hit everyone with a bang this year! Sick for a month, needing antibiotics, getting up 2-3 times a night, this has been my life!

I have tried everything to keep the winter cold away... but alas it finally caught me!!

Each week, we plan each day with an activity. Shopping, visiting or going to the park. Ava absolutely loves going to the park. Yesterday we spent 2 hours playing at the Wynnum Water Park with her friend. They were climbing, running, chasing each other.
They went down the slippery slide and after lunch they even went down to the water to play at the beach. Ava kept wanting to go further and further out, she has no fear!!!
Its a great way to spend a sunny day and a great way for the kids to learn new skills!

3. Play golf and walk the course!

4. Climb a mountain!

5. Go horse back riding!

6. Sit in and chair relax, enjoy the view and then take a stroll!

7. Ride a bike!

8. Go to the beach for a swim!

9. Play jump rope with the kids!

10. Most of all HAVE FUN!!!
